The Metabo W 18 L 9-125 Quick cordless angle grinder is a mobile cutting and grinding tool for metal, stone and other construction materials. It works with 125 mm discs and is suitable for interior finishing, installation work and renovation.
Thanks to battery operation you work without cables and are not dependent on sockets. This lets you use the tool on site, in the garden or in the workshop without cable clutter or extension leads.
Advantages in everyday use
The angle grinder is designed for handy operation and quick disc changes.
- Cordless working with 18-volt batteries (Metabo 18 V system compatibility)
- 125 mm disc diameter – common size for cutting and grinding discs
- "Quick" system from Metabo for tool-free disc changes
- Side auxiliary handle for better guidance and control
- Suitable for indoor and outdoor use
With the right battery you can cut profiles, pipes or tiles and can deburr edges or roughen surfaces.
Who is the Metabo cordless angle grinder suitable for?

Important notes on use
Which discs fit?
The Metabo W 18 L 9-125 Quick is designed for 125 mm cutting and grinding discs with a matching bore. Use only discs approved for the permissible speed of the tool.
Safety when grinding
Always wear safety glasses, hearing protection and suitable gloves while working. Use the guard and make sure the disc is correctly tightened before you start the tool.
Battery and charger
The cordless angle grinder operates in the Metabo 18-volt system. Check whether the battery and charger are included in the scope of delivery or need to be ordered separately. Higher ampere hours (Ah) generally mean longer runtime per charge.
