Returns at Etrona

Would you like to return an item? No problem. At Etrona, you can return your order entirely or partially within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the goods are unused, complete, and returned in the original packaging.

Important note: The 14-day right of return applies to private customers only (consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB). Business and commercial customers (entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB) cannot return goods – neither the statutory right of withdrawal nor our voluntary right of return applies to them. If you return an order, you bear the cost of the return shipment (generally approx. EUR 12 to EUR 15, up to EUR 125 for bulky items).
