Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.
Consumer: any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.
Entrepreneur: any natural or legal person or legal partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
For entrepreneurs, these T&C also apply to future business relationships. Conflicting or supplementary terms by the entrepreneur are hereby rejected unless explicitly accepted by us.
2. Contract Partner & Conclusion
The purchase contract is concluded with Etrona GmbH.
Product presentation in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an informal catalog. Products can be added to the shopping cart without obligation and corrected before submitting the final order. Clicking the order button submits a binding order. Order confirmation is sent via email immediately.
Contract conclusion based on payment method:
Prepayment: contract concluded upon shipping of goods.
PayPal Plus: contract concluded upon payment confirmation via PayPal and shipping.
Sofortüberweisung (Mollie): contract concluded upon confirmation of payment via provider and shipping.
3. Contract Language & Text Storage

Contract text: not stored by us.
4. Delivery Terms
Shipping costs are added to product prices; details in offers.
Delivery only by shipping; no pick-up.
No delivery to parcel stations or customers with drop-off permissions via GLS/DPD.
5. Payment Methods
Available methods:
Prepayment
Bank details sent by email; delivery after payment.
PayPal Plus
Payment via PayPal services; registration may be required.
Credit Card / Direct Debit / Invoice / Sofortüberweisung
Payments processed through PayPal or Mollie. Details in order process.
Invoice via PayPal: payment only to PayPal after credit check.
6. Retention of Title
Goods remain property of Etrona until fully paid.
Entrepreneurs: resale allowed; claims from resale assigned to Etrona in advance.
7. Transport Damage
Consumers: report obvious damage to carrier and contact Etrona.
Entrepreneurs: risk transfers to buyer upon handover to carrier; § 377 HGB applies.
8. Warranty & Guarantees
Statutory liability applies unless otherwise agreed.
Used goods: claims expire one year after delivery.
Entrepreneurs: 1-year claims for new goods; used goods without warranty.
Exclusions do not apply for:
Life, body, health damage
Intentional or gross negligence
Cardinal obligations
Guarantee or product liability

9. Liability
Unlimited for life, body, health, intent, gross negligence, guarantees, product liability.
Minor negligence: limited to foreseeable damage.
All other claims excluded.

11. Final Provisions
Entrepreneurs: German law applies, UN Sales Convention excluded.
Merchants/public law entities: exclusive jurisdiction at Etrona’s business location.

Supplementary T&C for easyCredit Installment Purchase
1. Scope
Supplementary T&C apply to contracts using easyCredit Installment Purchase.
Prevail over other T&C.
Only for consumers ≥ 18 years.
2. Installment Purchase
Provided with TeamBank AG, Nürnberg.
Credit check possible.
Ownership reserved until full payment.
Monthly installments; final installment may differ.
3. SEPA Direct Debit
Mandate authorizes TeamBank AG to collect payments via SEPA.
Ensure sufficient account balance.
Return debits incur delay and fees; SEPA disputes discouraged during returns or cancellations.
