Shipping Service at Etrona – Shipping Conditions, Costs & Delivery Times
Here you will find all important information about our shipping and delivery conditions, shipping methods, costs, and delivery times. We deliver reliably within Germany, to Austria, to Switzerland (via Meineinkauf.ch), and to many other European countries.
Important Notice
We do not deliver to parcel stations or to customers who have a drop-off authorization registered with GLS or DPD.
Shipping of Small Appliances
Small appliances such as shavers, coffee machines, vacuum cleaners, and other compact household devices are shipped quickly and reliably via DPD.
Shipping of Large Appliances
Large appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, dryers, and similar devices are shipped via freight forwarding.
Once the goods have been dispatched, the forwarding company will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment.
Delivery is made to the curbside.
Fragile or Bulky Products
For certain products — e.g. cooktops, large extractor hoods, or very bulky items — an additional fee may apply when shipped via parcel service.
This fee is clearly indicated on the respective product.
Shipping to Switzerland
Shipping is processed via Meineinkauf.ch.
Meineinkauf.ch handles customs clearance and forwards the goods directly to your home.
Shipping to Switzerland is available from CHF 17.90, without additional charges.

Old Appliance Take-Back
According to the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) §3 No. 1, retailers must take back old appliances if they exceed a shipping and storage area of over 400 m².
Since we do not exceed this limit, we cannot take back old appliances.
