Withdrawal Information

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

A clear statement (e.g., letter or email) is sufficient. You may also use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal was removed after delivery

• Marked B-goods (note BWARE or similar in item number or description)

After submission, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by email.

Note: To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day your withdrawal is received.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used in the original transaction.

You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.

3. Returning Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal:

The period is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods (usually between approx. €12 and €15, for bulky items up to €125).

You are only liable for any loss of value if it is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

Devices must be returned in their original packaging.
