Ceramic-coated stainless steel drive shaft and the double sealing system between the motor and the pumping mechanism make the pump extra resilient and durable. Maximum durability is ensured by the built-in preliminary filter, which protects the pump from getting clogged by dirt and debris. Even more safety is provided by the thermal circuit breaker, which protects the pump motor from overload. The well-designed rubber feet ensure that the garden pump stands securely, and also reduce vibration during use, keeping the pump working very quietly. Further comfort is provided by the ergonomic carrying handle so the pump can be transported easily and safely. The large filling opening allows the pump to be quickly filled up with water when required, without a funnel. The Garden Pump 4000/5 from GARDENA has a double output, via which two connected watering accessories can be operated simultaneously. One of these outputs can be angled for extra flexibility. If you want to empty the pump completely, for example in winter when there is a threat of frost, you can do this using the drain plug, which allows the water to be drained quickly and easily.
