Bosch Professional GLI 18V-5000 cordless site light

What does the Bosch GLI 18V-5000 cordless site light offer?

The Bosch GLI 18V-5000 cordless site light provides bright work lighting for building sites, workshops and installation work. It is part of the Bosch Professional 18V System and can be operated with compatible 18V batteries. This lets you continue using existing batteries and stay flexible.

With its wide light field, the lamp illuminates larger work areas evenly. This makes precise work easier, reduces shadows and increases safety on site.

Who is this cordless site light suitable for?

The site light is aimed at professional users and ambitious DIYers who regularly rely on good lighting. Typical applications include interior finishing, electrical installation, plumbing and heating, drywall construction or workshop tasks.

• Tradespeople who already own Bosch Professional 18V batteries
• Installation teams that need a robust, mobile light source
• DIYers who want to reliably illuminate their workshop or projects

Note on battery and compatibility

The Bosch GLI 18V-5000 is supplied without battery and without charger. Use Bosch Professional 18V batteries to operate the light. This allows you to expand your existing 18V System without having to buy duplicate batteries or chargers.

Before purchasing, check whether you already have compatible 18V batteries and a suitable charger. If you need a complete set, you can select a battery and charger separately from the Bosch Professional 18V range.

What should you pay attention to with this site light?

Consider how large the areas to be illuminated are and how long you want to work without interruption. This determines which battery capacity makes sense. Larger batteries extend the runtime but are heavier.

Plan where you will use it: in confined spaces a compact design helps, while on extensive building sites light distribution is the key factor. The GLI 18V-5000 is particularly suitable for mobile use where you want to move around independently of power sockets.
