What does the Novy 7850 Vision wall-mounted hood offer?

The Novy 7850 Vision wall-mounted hood is an extractor hood for wall installation. It keeps the air clean while you cook and fits into modern kitchens with clean, linear styling. Thanks to its design, it is particularly suitable for hobs positioned against a wall.

The hood quickly removes cooking vapours, grease and odours from the room. This helps kitchen units, walls and textiles stay noticeably cleaner. At the same time, the view of the cooking area remains unobstructed.

Everyday advantages of the Novy 7850 Vision wall-mounted hood

The wall-mounted hood is designed for regular use during everyday cooking. It supports both light dishes and pans or pots that produce a lot of steam.

• Effective capture of steam and cooking odours directly above the hob
• Wall mounting for clean lines and a firm, secure fit
• Suitable for use in open-plan kitchen-living areas
• Discreet design that combines well with many kitchen styles

Because it is mounted on the wall, it provides more headroom compared with deep, low-hanging hoods. This makes working at the hob easier.

Who is the Novy 7850 Vision wall-mounted hood suitable for?

The Novy 7850 Vision wall-mounted hood is a good choice for households that cook regularly and value clean, uncluttered design. It is especially suitable for kitchens where the hob is planned against a wall and the space above the cooker is to be used to best effect.

It is suitable for:

• Single and family households that use the hob every day
• Open-plan kitchen-living areas where cooking smells should not spread
• Kitchens with straight-lined fronts and understated design

Important information on planning and installation

Correct planning is crucial for good performance. The width of the hood should match the hob. If possible, the hood should be at least as wide as the hob.

Installation height and distance to the hob

The distance between the wall-mounted hood and the hob is important for capturing cooking vapours. Observe the minimum and maximum heights recommended by the manufacturer. You will find these details in the installation manual for the Novy 7850 Vision.

Ducted or recirculating operation?

Depending on the specification, the Novy 7850 Vision wall-mounted hood can be operated with ducted extraction to the outside or with recirculating air. With ducted extraction, the air is discharged outdoors. With recirculating air, it flows back into the room through filters.

• Ducted extraction: particularly suitable if there is a short route to an outside wall
• Recirculating mode: sensible if no duct to the outside is available

In recirculating mode, make sure you replace the filters regularly. This keeps the hood’s cleaning performance at the desired level.

What should you look out for when buying the Novy 7850 Vision?

Before buying, you should check how wide your hob is and how much wall space is available. Plan the hood so that it sits centrally above the hob. Also check whether a duct to the outside is available or whether you intend to use the hood in recirculating mode.

Match the look of the Novy 7850 Vision to your kitchen fronts and handles. This creates a coherent overall appearance. In open-plan living areas, it is also worth checking the noise levels and the number of power levels in the technical specifications.
